  • Delinquent Accounts: Note effective september 19th 2016 all and any accounts with an outstanding balance had gone into hold. You can still view your account however you will be unable to sign up for any future programs until your payment has been received. Please be sure to send your delinquent payments in immediately as to not effect sign ups for later in the year. Remember to make all checks payable to : Town of Thetford

Welcome to Thetford Rec!

The Thetford Recreation Department is pleased to provide you with our activity registration system and website.  Let's get started!

  • You can find an overview of our programs and services by reading our Welcome Letter.   
  • The first step in registering for activities is to Create an Account for your household. The information you provide - emergency contacts, medical information, etc. - will be automatically saved so that future registrations are a breeze.  
  • Paying your registration fees:  Registration is not complete until payment has been received so please remit fees promptly!  
  • We regret that the Town does not yet accept credit card payments.  You can pay via cash or check by:   
                      *Please make sure Checks are made payable to: Town of Thetford
              1.  Sending your payment via mail to the Rec Department, PO Box 126, Thetford Center VT 05075.  
              2.  Visiting us at Town Hall during the Town Clerk's office hours.
              3.  Using the green Drop-box in front of the school to submit payment at any hour and save a stamp!

   Effective Immediately all accounts with delinquent balances have gone to default. You will not be allowed to sign up for any future programs until payment has been received.
